What Makes a
Strong Candidate

  • A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree from a top-tier institution in computer science, engineering, physics, math, or the equivalent
  • 2–5 years of professional experience at a firm where software engineering or quantitative development is business-critical
  • Software development experience in one or more programming languages (C++, Python, Java)
  • Acumen in learning additional programming languages, algorithms, systems and mathematical concepts
  • Motivation to deliver commercial results as a member of a collaborative team
